I have been one of the best debaters in my school and college.. I even made it to the top 10 debaters at TERI YUVA National Summit..
The other day I found my voice trembling during a presentation in my B school.. I was standing in front of 40 odd people.. What I couldn't understand was that I had presented confidently in front of 200 strong audience in the past then why was I nervous in front of 4 people?
It was such a weird thing to happen.. I searched on internet and found something interesting that cut my gordian knot...I came to a B-school and found out that we were all good and of equal caliber.. & Confidence is derived from the fact that one perceives himself to be superior others...There was the problem and the solution looking into my eyes...
From the next presentation onwards.. I told myself.."Atleast they don't know what I am presenting.." and I was back.. and How.. :)
