Shanghaied ! ! !

Well.. "Shanghaied" is a word that describes my life completely...

Well i have not been shanghaied by any British or American sailor nor I have been shanghaied to China..
But how much ever I plan my life out.. When i look back and take an account of how things have unfolded for me..I feel things have happened irrespective of how I wanted them to happen..
Be it my dream to study in IIT and me being shanghaied to Jaypee.. Or my dream to go to Ivy league for PhD and finding myself doing an MBA from Symbiosis...
I am not regretting what I have done as I was awarded the "Best outgoing student" in graduation and MBA is just going great..Both these phases are the best of my life so far.. I have enjoyed them throughly..And the learning is immense.. I have got the best play grounds before I play the actual match.. :)
I wonder if I get a time machine and go back 6 years back when I was in 12th; I wouldn't have believed if someone told me I would do an MBA.. Its weird how life unfolds for you and you actually find your true love.. What you want to actually do..
After all.. I always wanted to do something I loved and I have found my love in Marketing..
So, the wise woman says : Its sometimes better to leave things unplanned and go with the flow.. And you'll find your coast :)
